By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms.
Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service.
These terms are subject to change at any time.

✦ I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
✦ I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon. I can do private commissions as well, so if you don't want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries, please let me know beforehand.
✦ You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.).
✦ Do not modify, trace, copy, sell my works without my permission. You are not allowed to remove my signatures.
✦ NSFW only for +18, please.
I don't draw underaged characters in vulnerable situations and/or depicted in any form that are not compatible of their age. This includes characters that has design resembling a child.

✦ PAYMENT ✦

✦ I accept only Paypal payments via INVOICE (Your email will be required)
✦ Once your commission is approved, I will send you a thumbnail sketch for adjusts as you wish.
✦ I require full payment after your approval of the Sketch.
✦ No refunds are offered, save in the following situations:
1- The fault is on my side such as delays or I personaly feel the need for refund for any reason.
2- After the payment and the start of the art, I'll only refund half of the amount.
✦ Please, wait for my instructions for payment.

✦ ALTERATIONS ✦✦ There is no alteration fee in the Sketch phase.
✦ You'll have two minor alterations for free after the payment, any major alterations after that will be charged extra depending on their impact on the piece. [ $5 to $30usd each major alteration].
✦ Small changes like color adjustments/adding small details I may have forgotten have no fee.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements of unclear information in early stages.

✦ COMERCIAL USE - PRICE ✦Comercial Use = Making money of it or promote yourself in any way. (Be it in Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Patreon, book cover, logo, website decoration, companies, game art, etc.).Price range: 2 to 3 times the final price

I should have your commission done sometime within a week to a month depending on my queue, commission type, and life matters. Larger commissions may take longer than a month to complete.
You will be informed of any circumstances that may delay my progress on your commission.
My inbox is ALWAYS open to answer any questions regarding your commission, but please, keep it professional.
