Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service.
These terms are subject to change at any time.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact through my social medias.

✦ I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
✦ I retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon. I can do private commissions as well, so if you don't want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries, please let me know beforehand.
✦ You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.).
✦ Do not modify, trace, copy, sell my works without my permission. You are not allowed to remove my signatures.
✦ NSFW only for +18, please.
I don't draw underaged characters in vulnerable situations and/or depicted in any form that are not compatible of their age.

✦ ALTERATIONS ✦✦ There is no alteration fee in the Sketch phase.
✦ You'll have two minor alterations for free after the payment, any major alterations after that will be charged extra depending on their impact on the piece. [ $5 to $10usd each major alteration].
✦ Small changes like color adjustments/adding small details I may have forgotten have no fee.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements of unclear information in early stages.
